I love the chain but this location is just absolutely terrible with awful service. Each time I go I just can't believe I came back. There's rarely a hostess around when you walk in the door so you're just standing there forever until someone decides to speak to you or seat you. Even when I try to order for take out there's ALWAYS a complication, whether it's that they can't find my order, or it's 30 minutes after the time they told me it should be ready. What's worse than that is when I walk up to the take out area to pay and pick up my food there's NEVER anyone there, or if there is someone behind the little desk area they just completely ignore me. Out of all the servers walking around not a single one asks if you need help and nobody acknowledges your presence. It's like they're begging you to hate their business. But like I said the actual BWW chain is awesome, it's just that this location has a mission to piss off its customers. Most of the time when I get my food it's cold or completely over cooked and chewy. But there have been a few times that I got my food and it was really good. They're inconsistent with the food but just consistantly awful with customer service.

Mediocre would be an upgrade. Service, food, cleanliness, ambiance....everything is exceptionally pathetic (Boneless) wings are abysmal. McNuggets do more justice to the concept. I have had the misfortune of dining here several times I ordered their tortilla soup, it was served cold. I ordered their chicken salad, the vegetables were limp and not fresh. I ordered their chicken sandwich, a fried chicken patty on a bun. Service is remarkably subpar (forgetting orders/drinks) for as little customers this place sees.

Buffalo Wild Wings, as the name suggests, specializes in wings! Offering either boned or boneless wings with many, many different sauces available to dip your wings into. They range from mild sauces to excruciatingly hot sauces, so what ever your desired spice level, you'll be satisfied here. We ordered a small sized serving of the buffalo wings which came with at least 7 pieces. We chose the Spicy Garlic sauce which ranked somewhat in the middle of the pack but we were surprised with how spicy it actually was. So just a heads up, pick one that you know will be safe or your wings will be inedible and wasted. I also ordered the Jerk Chicken Sandwich. It came out with a side of fries and the burger came with lettuce, tomato, onion, jerk chicken, bleu cheese, and a sauce(which I've forgotten the name of). The size of the burger was very big, actually too big to fit easily in the mouth. Unfortunately, the sauce was applied to thickly and flavored a bit strong which ended up ruining the whole burger. The restaurant itself has plenty of seating with 20+ TVs located around the room, playing various channels of sport. There's also a full bar at the back of the restaurant if you'd like to just chuck back a few beers. Overall, the wings were great(be cautious of the sauce you pick), fries were nice and crisp, but the burger could've used less sauce.

This location is just ok with a great beer selection that is more affordable that some of the other locations I have been to around the country and a friendly staff but the wings were terrible. Its seems that the wings were pre-fried and sitting in the back and they just tossed the sauces on them because when they were brought out they were ice cold.

Waitress sucked, I didn't even know her name. She made it seem like we were inconveniencing her with our questions and her service was slow, she didn't check on us once, never refilled our drink. And even the manager at the location is very rude. Food didn't even come out together, we ate wings.... Then we ate fries after ... Worst service at buffle wild wings ever ...

Filthy restaurant. Floor covered in debris. Slow service. Cold food. I only gave it a second star because they stay open late.

Dirty terrible service. We've been here a few times and it was the same experience Every time. The last time we went we sat for 20 minutes with no service so we got up and left place is a dump

Their slogan is Wings. Beer. Sports. Basing the review on two of the three, since I didn't partake in the beer, they nail 4 stars. This is a dine-in review, and my service was 5 stars. We were heading out to Academy Sports and looking for something to cure the hangover that was creeping up on us from New Year's Eve since we started off the first 5 hours of January 1st in a bar. I spoke of the wings of my youth in college, so we decided to grab some at Buffalo Wild Wings... B-Dub's restaurant area was pretty open. The booths have their own TVS that are a really nice size, and then it's basically wall-2-wall TVs aka "Boy Heaven." Berto positioned himself appropriately to enjoy the LSU game. We were "starving" in our minds so we ordered the Jalapeno Pepper Bites, side of slaw and fries, and a large order of wings; three flavors including Hot, Jammin' Jalapeno, and the waitress-suggested Sriracha (seasonal). Our waitress was extremely attentive and sweet. She was on point with suggestions, didn't try to up-sell us (though I think we up-selled ourselves), and brought out all the food in a timely fashion. You could tell she was younger and not jaded by the service industry. Props to this lil' lady. The Jalapeno Pepper Bites were not my fave. You can tell this is not the freshest of dishes, and I always forget the regret I have when ordering jalapeno bites anywhere. The cheese inside is like fiery Napalm, rendering the rest of your meal tasteless due to the fact you have no tastebuds. I did cut them in half before eating them, but then it's just like meh. The sauce that came with them was pretty good though. This dish would pair a lot better with the Beer portion, I have no doubt! The wings were pretty awesome. They separate the flavors and put a little sticker on them to label. My favorite was the Jammin' Jalapeno 'cause they're kind of limey, spicy where as the Hot and Sriracha were just hot, ya know. I liked the heat flavor of the Sriracha better than the Hot. The weenie that I am could really only eat 4 or 5 of these wings 'cause they were seriously huge, like huge. One of the wings was half the size of my fist, so my eyes were definitely bigger than my stomach. The coleslaw was just your typical coleslaw but not too runny. What's great is they just pop a top right on them for you to enjoy later. Love that. I think if you're out this way, and want to catch a game, B-Dubs isn't a bad spot and the wings are ginormous! They're menu is pretty extensive, with salads as well. I can't say I felt like I had the most healthy of experience, but it's not Wings. Beer. Sports. Lo-Calorie Intake. ;)

Went to the "new" Wild Wings on Veterans in Metry. Same layout and decorations as all of the others. Cute servers; good wings with a variety of sauces; good prices during any happy hour; great place to watch sports events. Ample parking

So we were in the area and wanted to get something fairly quick. Have not been to a BWW in forever but hey buffalo chicken that sounds good right? Took a seat in the bar area mostly because I saw a waitress working around there. Well she disappeared and no one came over for about ten minutes. I seriously think this waitress was high, like she talked crazy fast and wouldn't look me in the eye. Our order then proceeded to take forever to come out. The wings were pretty good actually but I was practically starving by this point. The real reason for the two starts though is that my wife and I both felt pretty badly after. I wasn't able to be too far from a toilet the whole next day.

Would give this place a zero if possible. Terrible service and even worse management. It took TWO HOURS for lunch!!! Hellllooooo.....its a freakin wing place not a fine dining establishment. Ridiculous. You have to be dumb or desperate to go here. Good luck!

Yuck! Nothing about the experience here was good. One of the waitresses smelled like burning flesh from far too much time in the tanning salon. The food was unappetizing. We started with nachos... How do you mess up nachos?? The fries tasted like super old grease. The wings were slimy. Don't go here!!

  • William C.

Could of been an off day, but the food was lousy today. The only thing that was good, was the sweet tea and pull pork. Wings overcooked and hard. If dry skin was a flavor, that's what the fries would of taste like.

I've ordered take out from S. Clearview location for the third time and this will be the last. Service at take out counter was horrible and the food was about the same. Wings looked as if sauce was poured on at the last minute, Cole slaw was dry and Ceasar salad had red pepper in it. Needless to say, the salad was so spicy it was not edible. If this type of service and preparation of continues, I don't see them staying in business for long. Hoovers is definitely much better than this.

Great service by our waitress, Jourdan. All of our food was delicious which included Grilled chicken wrap, potato slices, BBQ wings, fries & chicken strips.

Had a good server... but food is slow... no team work. Long wait for food when not that full. Drinks are small. Chk wings are bland no sauce at all... might not return to this location! !

Awful service. Worst I have ever seen. Stay very, very far away. Fifteen minutes to get our drink orders, and the drinks were wrong. I had to walk the drink to the bar to get it corrected as our waitress basically abandoned us. We had to remind her multiple times we were waiting on our starters. They showed up after our wings. We had to put in a special request for forks and napkins. I asked multiple times to have my water refilled. I was about to take my glass to the bathroom to fill it myself when another waitress took pity on me and brought another glass of water. One of my friends asked for s PBR and, since they didn't have it, it just never came. No explanation until we flagged down yet another waitress. Save yourself the grief and EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE! I just wish I could give it zero stars.

If I could give less than one star, I would. We were there on a weeknight. The restaurant was not busy. There seemed to be plenty of waitstaff running around. We were seated immediately, but after 20 minutes of waiting to have our order taken, watching other tables being waited on, we left and went elsewhere for dinner. We won't be back.

Yay! I'm a fan! After the horrible experiences (yes, that's plural) with the Veterans location, I decided to try this one - even though it's a little further away. I have been there four times now over the course of a year ( I like to give a place a fair shot) and they have been consistently better. The service has been on point, the sports bar type of food as perfect as I remember and the same great atmosphere. Great place to grab a beer and watch the game - just in time for the baseball season openings. I don't know if I will be a regular - but it's a good place to pop in.

this place is poop. I was craving for some wings so I tried ordering from this place for the first time. Like I don't know where to start, its so ridiculous. I was told my order would be ready in 10 to 15mins. So I went there 30mins later. so I get there... . there's nobody in sight to assist me nor greet me. And I need to find out where I'm suppose to get my food. so I had to look for somebody. went to the pick up area and I see a waitress behind the counter and she just points to the other girl, which is on the phone. so I waited for her to get off the phone. she asked me for my name and like that was it...... like where is my food?? I think something was wrong with there comp. I don't know but she just kept looking back at me and back to finding help for herself. so I sat down and waited until they was ready to give me my order. I was asked for my name 4 times and thatll be it. nothing more. moving on. finally they got my order on the comp. now trying to find my order and my food been UNDER the counter during this whole extra 15/20mins that I've been waiting, just getting cold, with my salad sitting ON the counter! I could of waited and eat my salad while waiting for them to get it together. anyways the atmosphere looks okay I like how they got there Tvs, I've been to one that there was a few and my table couldn't get to choose what we wanted to watch. thought about going back to eat. and I thought wrong. my lemon peppa wings weren't even all that season and soooo soo dry dry dry. my hot bbq wings were ehhh noo bbq flavor And also cold and dry. aaaand my salad!! I had got the honey BBQ chicken salad. And it had 2 and half strips of chicken like sizes of my fingers. the chicken was chewy like I'm trying to eat rubber. and the sauce was not a friendly texture. I wanted a salad from Wendy's but mind as well try BWW salads. it was probably better to stick to what I know. I'm paying more for bad food. and I got frozen carrots like how did they think this was acceptable. the person who took my order gave me carrots as an option and they give me carrots with ice on them like super frozen. the nerve of all these people giving me many complications. I barely ate any of the food. It was a waste. and horrible experience.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Since the food was semi edible I give it a 0.5. Been there 3 times since this location has opened and all three times I've left saying I'll never go again. All three times they've got my order completely wrong. Not just a 'no cheese' request or ranch not blue cheese request (which I let those slide) a whole order switch-a-roo. Pathetic service. The Veterans and Slidell locations are just as bad.

Used to reallllly love BWW but it has gone downhill somehow. Really only went because I had a gift card and the UFC fight was on. This location is new. It is big and clean. DO NOT get Kyler as your waiter. We had him this past time and he spent 90% of the night taking to his friends at another table. Paul is awesome!!! He picked up all of Kyler's slack and get his tip. May or may not be back.

The food is horrible. I went during lunch time, thinking that the food would be hot . This was my first visit and I thought let's give this place a try. My husband had the teriyaki chicken sandwich with loaded fries and I had the boneless honey mustard wings with fries. My husband's sandwich was dry and my food was luke warm, as if it was sitting under a heat lamp. I had better food from Wendy's. Was so disappointed, I took the food home in a to go box.

Depending on the server this place is hit or miss. Some of the servers are cheerful. Some seem to want to go home as soon as they report to work. The food is good, especially around football season. Televisions galore. You can't look up without seeing one. Overall decent experience.

The service was really bad. Our waitress literally took 30 minutes to get our drinks, and we waited forever to get our orders in. However, the wings were average.

This location has pretty good service. I don't think I've ever been upset about the service or the food. It's a step up from fast food, but it's really good. I love sitting at the bar because the bartenders are great, even when ordering food. I love this location!

One star because I had no choice but to add a star. I walked in at 11:00 pm and they close at midnight. I was told to go to the bar and place my order Togo. I felt offended that they didn't offer me a table bc I had a full hour before they closed. Needless to say, I walked out.

I wasn't pleased. I ordered mild wings and when I got home and started to eat them, they were too hot for me to eat. :( I guess I thought the mild would be the same as other wing places.

Although the initial service was fine, our waitress could not answer simple questions about the menu. For example she did not know how many ounces were in a regular versus tall draught beer. For a place who's tag line is wings, beer, and sports I found this odd. The food was ok. No complaints but not amazing either. At least it was hot. After we finished eating and got our bill it took over 20 minutes after we put our card down for someone to pick it up, even though there were only 2 other tables in our section and 5+ staff working. I will say the price was good, but bad service will keep me away.

This place is horrible. The take service is just ridiculous. I won't eat here again. They answer phone laughing and as you to hold so they can finish conversation. The food is from frozen. Just terrible

I'm familiar with "B-Dubs" as we had one near me growing up. I hate to review the food - you know everything came from a freezer the second it arrives at the table, but their wings and boneless wings are pretty tasty, I like their sauces well enough, and sometimes you find a gem on the menu (the cheese curds, for example are delicious!). This location executed the food well, which is something! We went at 10:30 last night after a movie, as Harahan in this area is lacking in any other late night fare (Side note: 10:30 on a Saturday is late night? Boo!) I can NOT go to a restaurant 45 minutes (or less) before it closes as I'm scared from a waitress job in a previous life, but they're open until 1 am on Saturdays, so we were in the clear there. When we walked in, there was an unmanned hostess stand. We stood in the doorway for a few minutes, being passed an unacknowledged by a plethora of employees (including one who was sitting on his phone on a bench by the hostess stand) before we were greeted and seated. The hostess asked us what type of table we wanted (booth, table, bar seating, high top) which was nice. We asked for a booth, and she immediately looked confused. She started leading us in one direction until a waitress passing us in the opposite direction told us "I don't want another table." She rerouted us as graciously as possible to another table and we were greeted by different server who was pretty great. BWW restaurants are always built BIG to accommodate the sports bar environment, and while there were a few other tables seated, it *was* 10:30 pm. We didn't expect the place to be packed when we walked in, but it was crawling with employees as if they were expecting a rush at any time. They scurried from place to place, bumping into each other, calling to one another from across the room, congregating in corners; if I had to guess, each person dining could have had 2 personal servers if they wanted! Honestly, it was a little stressful. All in all, we had a decently tasty meal at a weird time of night from a server who was nice enough. We won't be rushing back, but we're not sworn off from it all together.

Ive been to Buffalo Wild Wings in Clearview, they have great service... This location on the other hand had the worst service possible. First off when we were seated and we ordered some drinks it took a little while for the drinks to come, I ordered a mango margarita. The waitress almost spilled most of the drink out, then when I went to drink it, it had absolutely no mango flavor to it whatsoever. When she returned she asked of I wanted more "flavoring" and she proceeded to get me more "flavoring" in fact that still didn't work. After 15 minutes she came to get our appetizer order. That came out pretty fast. But then we waited about 45 minutes just for her to take our order! That was a bit of a time considering we had a very active 2 year old ! They weren't busy at all so I have no clue why she took so long. Well it looks like we will never go to this location again.

although their food(wings) is above average, the customer service is beyond terrible. I've dined in once and ordered takeout twice. the takeouts were disastrous. first time my order was somehow "lost" as the girl stated. instead of apologizing or offering a drink while I waited, I was told nothing. I had to ask what they were doing to get my order brought to me. on the second takeout experience, my order wasn't lost but short of 5 wings. 10 minutes later, my wings arrived but were the wrong sauce. I didn't think ordering 15 wings would be such a difficult task. after having asked to speak to a manager, I was told he was coming. 10 minutes later I finally got my correct order yet no manager. apparently being behind the bar took top priority at the time. both locations(Severn) lack serious service standards. it's a shame, because their wings are good. it's a poorly run chain that has lost my business.

I have lived all over the country, and I also have traveled quite a bit, so I have seen quite a few B-Dub's restaurants. That being said: The food here is everything you expect from B-Dub's, it's not five star cuisine, but it is good food and the sauces are as tasty as ever. My problem with this particular location is the lack of customer service. I have eaten at this location on two different occasions, once with my wife, and once with my wife and kids. The first time I ate here it was about 6 pm on a Monday, and the server only came to our table three times, for the drink order, for the food order, and to drop off the check. He never talked to us beyond asking what we would like from the menu. He didn't even bring us our food; he was standing around talking to other employees while other staff members brought our food out. Also my order came out mixed up. When I needed a drink refill I had to flag someone down to get it. He wasn't rude in his mannerisms, but he almost completely ignored us. Now recall this was a Monday evening, and they were less than a quarter full, so there were quite a few staff standing around. On the second occasion my family of six entered the restaurant, and waited for about five minutes for a hostess to ask us if we were ready to be seated. We were the only customers standing at the host desk. They asked us what kind of seating we preferred (tables, booth, or high-tops) and we told them it didn't matter. From our vantage point by the door we could see several tables and three booths empty, but they elected to seat us at the high-tops by the bar away from almost all of the other customers. My youngest child is 10, so I am not sure if they thought my kids would make a lot of racket and wanted to keep us away from other customers or what, but I was kind of confused. Not that is was any big deal to move a couple of high top tables around to seat us, but there was readily available seating and no need to move anything around to accommodate us. As before the server was polite while speaking to us, but she only stopped by once to check if we were ok, or need anything else. This is not a bad place, the food is what you expect, and it is nice and clean since it is newly opened. The customer service was not terrible, but they need some work, and that is why I rate this location at two stars.

i understand the restaurant is new and the staff is also all new, but our service could have been much improved. rather than prioritizing the blocking of tables to accommodate our party of 8, the host/hostesses seated two smaller parties that arrived after us at adjacent tables... such that when we asked about the progress of our tables, their response was that we would need to be seated at separate nearby tables because there were no adjacent tables available. there were also a few issues that arose when our individual group of 4 asked for split checks. i think they'll be fine once the restaurant has settled down and the staff has settled into their new jobs, but for now, i think i'll just stick with ordering takeout when i'm craving their wings.

Very disappointed. I love buffalo wild wing, but the food and service have been poor at this location both times I've visited. Most recently, we waited 30 min for chips and salsa, were brought the wrong appetizer sampler with cold appetizers and barely sauced wings, and received two veggie boats with very slimy carrots. My friend ordered a black and bleu burger and was brought a grilled chicken sandwich with bleu cheese on top, after sending it back they brought a regular cheeseburger. The waitress agreed that this was incorrect but told us that the kitchen swore that the black and bleu burger does not come with bleu cheese. A few minutes later, the manager came over and said he would take it off our bill, but when we got our bill we were charged for the burger as well as an additional appetizer that we didn't order. Of the food that was correct, only one order of wings was good. This location has lost my business.
